If you're not happy with a purchase that you made on, for any reason, you can return it to us within 30 days of the order date.  Once it arrives, we'll issue a full refund for the entire purchase price.  Please note - Pitre Fine Arts, Inc. does not reimburse the outgoing or return shipping charges unless the return is due to a defect in quality.  Lastly, if your purchase was customized in any way, such as written message on the painting by John Pitre, or anything else by your request, we can not accept the return.

We can ship to virtually any address in the world and all shipping within the United States is FREE. Note: Most International shipping will be paid for by the customer.

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates of your items.  Most times are shipped within two weeks to ensure quality control of the artwork.  Depending on the shipping provider, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.
