John begins with a hand-painted oil color study, using a palette he premixes himself. From there, he develops the composition through traditional painting before bringing the work into a high-resolution digital environment.

Once in the digital environment, John spends months refining, expanding, and enhancing the piece by hand using a professional graphics tablet. This allows him to build upon the original concept while preserving the emotion, movement, and artistic intention of the painting.

The completed image is then printed onto the finest artist’s canvas using museum-quality giclée printing with permanent, lightfast pigments. This archival process is designed for exceptional longevity and stability, helping the work resist the cracking, fading, and degradation often associated with traditional oil paintings over time.
